Who is going to stop the officials from looking up the results beforehand? It seems to me that the process is rife for illegal activity. A man I respect, who works for a board of elections in New Jersey, when asked about counting votes beforehand, said “once two people know a secret, it is no longer a secret.”
Poll: Plurality of voters prefer voting in person over mail-in ballots

More voters say they'd prefer voting in person over voting by mail in the November elections, a new Hill-HarrisX poll finds.
Forty-six percent of registered voters said they'd prefer to vote in person, while 42 percent saiid they'd prefer to vote by mail.
Nine percent said they are not sure and 3 percent said they do not plan on voting.
